I started with Unity 3D years ago but switched to Data Science from game dev. I was probably going to look into it and get a Udemy course or something to catch up to speed on new things and a 2d environment.
Since I've just released 0.03 on Patreon a few days ago, I'm taking some rest days from working on the game, but I'm using them to learn a bit more about Unity, and I'm actually watching a Udemy course too!
It's actually a lot more fun than I thought it would be, but I still I don't have any idea how long it will take for me to move to Unity.
I want to be confident with developing games there, so I don't have to delay any update or anything like that due to me "not knowing" how to do something on the engine.
Also I will be making some major changes to the game too, that I wasn't able to do on RPGM due to its limitations or that I just feel it would be better to my vision of the game, so it should take some extra time too.
Not for now since I plan on moving the game to another engine.
But the upcoming update will have new features that should allow mobile players to play the entire game without a problem. (with Joiplay or any kind of RPG Maker emulator)

After Velma tells you the riddle, go to the forest and break the rock at the second part, you will then unlock a new area. Then walk to the tree stump with a axe and interact with it, Dipper will grab the axe and repeat the riddle. It should be easy from there, but if you are still having trouble, just interact with the other stumps.

I maybe just encounter a little problem when I take a Fucka-cola, it says "pump UP" but then my damage are ridiculous (like 20 damage). Otherwise it's a good game, can't wait for future updates and maybe other characters to show up !

The work is great and you have done a lot of attention to detail!
Yeah, pretty much technical aspects.
RPGM has a lot of limitations that would require a lot of custom plugins, and it would still not be as good/optimized as Unity.
Not to mention it will be a better/easier way for me to support for other platforms, such as mobile.

Early Access for 0.03 is up for the patrons, the public build release date will be announced soon.

But in future versions, there will be a scene for every girl.

That's weird, you are playing on PC right? Make sure everything is extracted and you are running the game from Game.exe.

Are you playing on an old save (0.01) or did you start a new one?
I had someone with this problem and that was the reason, since the saves from 0.01 are not compatible with this version.

It's not bad, not at all.
That being said, it's not always clear how to progress. I just beat Mavis, and have gone a few days and... No clue what to do now.
